Review: In 2011, I contacted Stable Fence to fix the gap between the pole and gate because the latch does not securely lock the gate. The repair was not sufficient because the latch still does not lock the gate because the distance between the pole and the gate still remain. In April of 2012, I started leaving several messages with Stable Fence about repairing the latch. No one never answers the phone or return calls. I have left a total of nine messages and even spoke to [redacted] the owner when I saw him in the community. When I spoke to [redacted] in person at a festival he told me that he ordered a larger latch and for me to leave my gate unlock so they can repair it. I left my gate unlock for two weeks, they never showed up. I have called them three times in 2013, no response.Desired Settlement: For Stable Fence to install the larger latch so the gate will lock and to Contact me before they come.

Review: I have been trying to contact someone at Stable Fence since 2013 to fix a loose section of my fence and they NEVER answer their phone. I have left over 20 messages with them and if someone does call back, which is rare, they say that someone will contact me and they never do so it has been a never-ending cycle of me leaving messages that go unanswered. I even drove to their place of business in 2014 to talk to someone in person because my calls were going unanswered and the woman I spoke with said that she would let the person who fixes the fences know and they still didn't contact me. So, again this year, I started calling and leaving messages and after about the 5th message, I finally got a response back from a woman on 10/13/15 who apologized for them not returning my calls and she assured me that she would have someone come out the next day to fix my fence and no one showed up or returned my calls.Desired Settlement: My fence is under warranty so all I want is for them to honor the warranty by repairing my fence before it gets worse or it gets too cold outside and I have to wait another year for them to ignore my calls.
