Stablewood Farms Apartments

I was trying to rent an apartment from this apartment complex as I will be moving back home to Texas on June 30, 2016, they dragged the process on for around a month, I paid them the $application fee as requiredAfter the representative ( Jennifer )told me that my application was approved by the property manager, I asked if there was any other paperwork needed and Jennifer told me that I would have to sign a lease when I arrived on July 2, I was also told that in order to hold the apartment for me until I arrived on July 2, I had to send them the $security deposit, which I didThe day after they cashed the money order I was called by Jennifer and told that I wood have to have a letter from my wife's physician about her emotional support animalI had already sent a copy of the prescription filled out by her doctor stating she had to have this animal due to her disabling medical conditionJennifer told me that the prescription was good and her property manager had approved itThe physician is no longer employed by the clinic and they have no information as to where he is nowI would not be able to get any letters signed by any physician, as my wife doesn't have a physician at this time, as her condition is in remission at this timeBEWARE OF DEALING WITH THIS APARTMENT COMMONITY THEY LIE AND THEN DENEY THAT THEY TOLD YOU WHAT YOU SAY THEY SAID, IT IS A SCAM TO GET YOUR MONEY

After the representative ( Jennifer )told me that my application was approved by the property manager, I asked if there was any other paperwork needed and Jennifer told me that I would have to sign a lease when I arrived on July 2, 2016. I was also told that in order to hold the apartment for me until I arrived on July 2, 2016 I had to send them the $250.00 security deposit, which I did. The day after they cashed the money order I was called by Jennifer and told that I wood have to have a letter from my wife's physician about her emotional support animal.
