I hired Stabley to run power, cable TV and mount a TV on exterior wall. Stabley plugged in a $2.00 extention cord that you might get at the grocery store into an interior outlet and ran it inside and up a wall and used it as the power source for the outdoor tv, clearly not up to any cities code. Also a Glock 40mm gun case came up missing.
