Good Morning! Well I spoke to manager and came in to conclusion with herWhat she thinks we could do is if he is still interested in buying car we could see if we could approve him, but as long as he brings all his correct paperwork and with no lies or information like what he did the first timewe will try and see if a finance company approves him because of the info he provided, he might not be approved with several companiescustomer was in breach of contract and especially providing info, with this matter we do not return down paymentBecause we did help him more then one time and customer still did not care in conclusion, this is the only option I have for customeri hope we could conclude this, thank you so much for your time Nikki I really appreciate you.Have a great day!

To whom it may concern:On May 20th 2015 [redacted]  [redacted]  purchased a 2010 KIA SOUL. [redacted] came in with the intentions of purchasing a vehicle under his name, and applied for a loan.  RULYS AUTO SALES went over the Information he needed before purchasing vehicle and...

offered him the loan. He agreed all terms and conditions and decided to purchase vehicle.Finance Manager went over all contract, warranty and mvd paperwork one by one as [redacted],agreed and signed all pages. [redacted] knew since the beginning that in order for him to be approved he needed to bring all paperwork required to continue with approval the day he will purchase and drive of with the vehicle. Of course RULYS AUTO SALES required proof of INCOME to show Finance Company [redacted],had the stability to pay the vehicle.[redacted], brought us his two most reason paystubs the day of car purchased along with all other paperwork required. [redacted] claimed and signed contract  agreeing that everything he had written on application and paperwork he had brought  was fact and his intentions where to pay vehicle. After Finance Company reviewed  all his information they call to verify job information and the response was that [redacted] no longer worked at the company he had claimed to work for when he came in to purchase vehicle. RULVS AUTO  SALES had the right to reposes vehicle at that moment but decided to call customer and verify with him and come in to an agreement. [redacted] then came in the office and came to conclusion he no longer worked since the day he purchased vehicle he acknowledged  he gave false Information but still wanted  vehicle and was getting a job already the following day.RULYS AUTO SALES agreed and decided to give customer a second chance, he left happy and took car once again. The next day customer came in stating he did not want car anymore that he was not going to work and that he was dropping of car. We told him in ARIZONA there is no return policies and by returning vehicle he will lose down payment. Because it had been 22 days since he had purchased thevehicle and had signed a firm contract  where he was serious and acknowledged information he providedwas true and witch was not.  He still did not care and handed keys to Finance Manager and left.A couple hours later mother of [redacted]called asking for the owner and threatening how she was going to sue RULYS AUTO SALES. So in conclusion RULYS AUTO SALES did what was in their hands to solve this matter  and customer did not put any effort what so ever.Thank you so much for your valuable timeI

Was quoted 475.00 total for full mouth periodontal gum treatment and before it could be completely finished was billed around 800.00.I contacted Dynamic Dentistry for a full quote for periodontal gum treatment and was told I would be billed 475.00 total if my dental insurance did or didn't cover any of the cost. Less than an hour before my scheduled second and final round of treatment I was contacted and told they had made a mistake on pricing and would be billed around 750.00 dollars total and if I didn't have the extra amount I could reschedule or try and go elsewhere. Clearly they had me in a monopoly because no other dentist office like to complete treatment that another had started. I reviewed my situation with the office manager and dentist and eventually was told they would write the extra amount off so I paid the remaining half of the 475.00 dollars only for them to tell me after the treatment and payment they had filed a claim with my insurance provider billing the rest .Desired SettlementI would like the original cost to be honored with my total being 475.00 dollars (which was written on my first bill) along with the extra 52 dollars I agreed to pay for antibiotics and rx strength toothpaste.Business Response Patient was given a written treatment plan for periodontal (gum)treatment that included what we expected the insurance to pay. We included the discounted fee allowed by his insurance, which is $150 per area times 4 areas. The office staff employee added wrong and wrote $475 instead of $600. This error was caught after one side of the patient's mouth was cleaned but before the second side was cleaned. We showed the patient the adding error which he had a copy of the original treatment. He acknowledged the error and noted that we did not change the fees originally presented to him, the staff person just totaled the fees wrong. We charged him what was due based on the insurance paying the rest. Patient asked us to change the $150 fee and charge the insurance company less so that the total equaled $475. We informed him that we were already charging the discounted fee to his insurance company, but could not reduce the fee per area. We feel that the patient was being unreasonable in wanting us to not charge the insurance company what was allowed by the contract simply because of an adding error that he clearly acknowledged was the only error made. We asked the patient if he wanted to continue treatment on that day and he said yes. The patient is asking for money to be refunded for services rendered for gum treatment antibiotics placed on the first appointment and for a prescription strength toothpaste that he received. This is totally unreasonable and is an unfounded complaint. We admit the adding error but the patient was not overcharged and will have a credit/refund after the insurance pays. We will forward the patient his credit balance after the insurance pays. We have a copy of the original treatment plan if you would like to review this document.
