We consider this case closed based on the following events:
1. On 05/18/15, our Customer Service department contacted the consumer to let him know that we would be shipping him a replacement gun cabinet.
2. On 05/18/15, a replacement gun...
cabinet was shipped to the consumer.
3. On 05/22/15, the consumer e-mailed our Customer Service department stating that he had received the replacement gun cabinet.

They contacted me the same day I made the complaint and sent me a replacement which I received 2 days later.

The Customer Service Manager at Stack-On Products Co. has called the customer and has left a voice mail message. The customer Service Manager message requested the customer to call her directly in order to resolve the issue.
