I'm not the type of person to put in a complaint regarding the employee of a company but I need to let you know that Francisco G[redacted] has to be one of the rudest, and non reliable people that my wife or I have dealt with. Said he was going to provide a scanned copy of the move out paperwork and I had to send several emails just to get them. Still waiting on one from 2 weeks ago (move out document). Then he made comments in emails that it seemed as if he was going out of his way to do his job. We moved out on Aug 31 and went above and beyond as tenants and we still have to wait until our account is closed out. You have all of the money and paperwork that was required and now we have to wait 45 days to get our money to use for moving into another place. If you rent a place I highly recommend that you make sure Stackhouse is not the property managing company!!
