We have discussed the matter with the customer on two occasions (email and phone call) and advised him that due to a technical glitch that occurred at the time he submitted his order, his order was incorrectly discounted by a total of two (2) Buy 2, Get FREE PromotionsThis amounted to a promotion on top of a promotion, which is something we are unable to honorNO discount should have been applied to his order and we consider this discount to have occurred due to a technical glitch. The customer paid for four (4) Buy 2, Get FREE promotions and this is exactly what he receivedOur promotion page is found here...http://www.stacklabs.com/buy-2-get-1-free.htmlOur promotion page clearly states that the customer is allowed to order only one (1) Buy 2, Get FREE promotions (refer to text that says *Limit one (1) offer per order), yet we allowed him to buy four (4) promotions in a single transactionWe honored this as an exception to our rule to please the customer.I have attached the order as the customer submitted itIt is very important to note that each line item consists of bottlesHence, the line item [redacted] Buy Get FREE!, for example, equates to bottles of the [redacted] product; of which the customer pays for and the 3rd is free, totaling $119.98.Our position is that the customer has paid for and received a great deal in that he selected four (4) Buy 2, Get FREE promotions, which equates to him receiving bottles for the price of bottlesI hope this clarifies the matter.Thank You & Regards,Stacklabs Customer Service
