As with every new patient call we get, Mr*** was immediately sent an informational email directly after making his first appointment. One section gives the patient instructions with all practice and code information - to call their insurance and verify their benefits and coverage for Dr*
***s services, and also verify their remaining deductibles. This same form tells them that deductibles and copays ARE collected at time of visit. They are to complete the form, and bring it with them to their first appointment. Mr*** called his insurance company, but did not ask the questions regarding how much deductible he had remaining. We have his half completed form here on file. He paid a $co-pay for his $visit. He was with Dr*** thae standard minutes. (there is NEVER a time a patient spend less than minutes with her). Mr***s EOB came back. The services had in-network discount (write off) of $ 114.21, and $was allowed, but was applied to his deductible. (meaning $payment from insurance). We applied his $co-payment, and sent him a statement for $ 125.79. That is when he called us and said to "just send it to collections because I"m not paying". I suppose he thinks minutes of Dr*** time is worth $and if we disagree, he'll 'get even' by reporting lies to the Revdex.com. Dr*** has legal pad sheets of notes from his frist and only visit. This man is a liar.Please remove his lies from anything that refers to Dr*** or ANPS.Thank you
