Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below I was promised they would show me pictures of my vehicle prior to it being towed to prove that it was dented before, They refused to show them to me because this company knows they are in the wrong or they lied to me all together and never took pictures to begin with If you look at the original tow slip which I just added to this report, you will see they changed theirs after I complained about the dent So when they say "The tow slip is noted that their was prior damage" this was put in after the fact and is a straight out falsification Regards, [redacted]
In good faith, we would like Mr [redacted] to bring his vehicle in for our manager [redacted] to inspect the damage to his vehicle. We are a very reputable and honest company, and if we had any wrong doing would be the first to admit it, and take care of it. [redacted] is here Monday thru Friday, please have Mr [redacted] bring his vehicle in at his convenience. Thank you.
