Review: On August 8th, 2014, I purchased an electric shaver accessory blade at Stadium Beauty Supply. The cost was $15.99. My total bill, with some other items, was $39.56. I said to the clerk that I was not sure if the blade was the right fit for my shaver. He said I could purchase it, and if it was not the right fit, as long as I do not not open the package, I could exchange it. The package of the item is a clear, hard, sealed package, and you can see the product clearly without opening the package. When I got home, I noticed that the shaver had three pivot dimples on which it sits, but on the shaver accessory blade I only saw two pivot dimples, so I knew that it was not the fit that I needed. I went back to the store August 15th, to exchange the item. I went into the store, and I spoke with the manager, who claimed his name was [redacted]. I told him this was the wrong item. He then asked me if I had a receipt, and I said yes. And while I was taking out the receipt from my wallet, another gentleman came up to the counter, took the package from the manager, and started fighting to open the package. I said to him, Why are you trying to open the package? That is a sealed package. And then he said to me, the package is open already. And that got me very upset. I could not believe what was taking place in front of my eyes. And at that point, I said to the manager that I would not want to do business with them because they were not a fair trade business, and that I wanted my money back, and would not accept an exchange at this time because of what I see as low and disrespectful business practice, by trying to rip the package open, and to say that I brought something back open, so it could not be exchanged. I was on my lunch break as I was taking care of this, I left the package in their possession, and I told them I would be going to the Revdex.com. I hope there is a camera in the store, to show the what occurred. I work too hard for my money to have people disrespect me and take it at the same time.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the full cost of the electric shaver accessory blade, $15.99, and an apology.

Refund or Exchange Issues due to the store policy we do not refund but we do exchange as long as the item is in good condition. We do check the goods that are brought for exchange inside and out. We know what we sell and how it should be checked, is just the process we go through before any exchange, and is not a problem to exchange once we complete the process.

I am rejecting this response because:

They accused me verbally of using the product by saying my hair was inside. And I did not see them make any mention of that accusation in their response. So that is proof to me that they are not honest, and I have no intention of going to their store again as long as I live. I did raise this matter up with my credit card company, and they did an inquiry, and recently reimbursed me the full amount. Please make my information public. And I thank you for all the effort made by the Revdex.com. I am sure it will make a difference, and make bad business people think twice.
