Stadium Exxon II Inc.

Review: I was having issues with my vehicle running hot and I was advised to take my car to the nearest mechanical shop to avoid further damage to my engine. I feel as if I am entitled to be reimbursed for work that was done to my 2005 [redacted] including labor fees and work that was done to the car. My vehicle started running hot and I proceeded to take my vehicle to the Stadium Exxon II on 3/12/2014. I was given a diagnosis that I had a leak in my water pump and therefore I needed a new water pump and timing belt. The work was done at the Stadium Exxon II in the amount of $624.30. The following day 3/13/2014 I picked up my vehicle and then noticed it was an unusual sound. I proceeded to drive the vehicle back to the Stadium Exxon and speak with the mechanic who worked on my car by the name of Freddie. He then advised me that I needed two motor mounts replaced. This work was completed by another car repair shop. On 5/12/2014 I experienced the initial problem of the vehicle running hot, I left my car with Stadium Exxon again to have the problem corrected because I was still under my 90 day warranty. I was informed that the problem was corrected and the original water pump and timing belt had been replaced. On 5/30/2014 I again experience my car running hot. I immediately contacted road service through my insurance and was advised not to move my vehicle and have it towed to the nearest dealership. The mechanics at the [redacted] dealership, provided me with documentation stating that the water pump had been defective for the third time and was still leaking. I tried to compromise with the manager of the Stadium Exxon, Malik S[redacted], who was providing me with misinformation and also refusing to allow me to speak with the owner of the repair shop. Several conference calls were made between Malik, the dealership, and myself. It became a very antagonizing situation. I strongly feel this establishment lacks integrity and does not honor the rights of it's customers.Desired Settlement: I would like this an investigation to be held on this shop for fraudulent practices.
