Stadium Goods

I purchased a pairs of sneakers only to receive a email stating my order was canceled. I then called Stadium Goods to inquire the reason for the cancellation. They stated it was cancelled for security reasons which was definitely ridiculous. They said I had to create an account. After creating the account while on the phone with an employee the price the sneaker rose to amounts higher than the moon and they told me I should make this ridiculous purchase when I already paid and was canceled for another reason stated by their staff. I decided I wanted no parts in this finesse attempt and wanted my money back since my purchase technically did not go through. After discussing this situation with several members of their staff I was told I would be refunded. 5 days later I received a email stated I have to wait another 15 days to receive my refund. “NEVER AGAIN “

So as long as you post on a page that you are not a manufacturer and you sell a customer a shoe which shows a defect after three wearings, and the company just throws their hands up as if it is the customers fault??? Absolutely not! You do not treat customers this way or at least reputable companies don't.
