package can be a detriment to you as a customer We continually place the care and safe delivery of all packages that are entrusted to us for shipment, by UPS or any carrier services we offer, at the highest level of priority I can fully assure you that our management team and staff are fully trained in making the correct packaging recommendations to all customers and that absolutely ZERO fraudulent activity and/or deceptive practices are acceptable in any manner at our location We constantly train our staff and are updated regularly on all of our carriers minimum packaging guidelines and we fully accept the responsibility of passing these guidelines on to our customers by recommending additional cushioning/packaging material, new and unused shipping boxes, removing brown paper from the outside of boxes and etc Ultimately, the carrier has the final say to approve or deny any declared value claim Due to the unfortunate circumstances of your particular situation I would like to extend a refund of the additional packaging material, which we recommended should be added to your original shipment as well as to refund the shipping cost you incurred in sending a replacement item to your customer This is not in anyway an admission of wrong doing on our part, but a gesture of courtesy and an understanding of how this situation can be viewed as negative against our center We are working diligently to ensure situations such as this can be prevented by our staff in the future and thank you for your valued feedback I would also like to extend and Key savings card to you for use in any, The UPS Store location, for discounts on services such as shipping, packaging as well as digital printing I do hope that this good will gesture will be accepted and that you continue to patronize our location in the near future.Thank you again for your business and continued support!Vincent J***The UPS Store #
