Revdex.com7007 Jefferson St. NE Ste A Albuquerque, NM 87109RE: Complaint [redacted]To Whom It May Concern,This letter is the formal response to the above referenced complaint. On the first trip to this property both Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] were home. The technician looked at the unit in...

question and found the p-trap was plugged up. He blew out the p-trap then found that the condensate switch was not hooked up. The condensate switch was more than 1 year old and not one we use. The technician tried to hookup the existing condensate switch but it did not work. The technician told Mr. [redacted] that he could get the type of switch we use & install it. Mr. [redacted] told the technician to do it. Several times during this service call Mr. [redacted] ([redacted]) told the technician "I was out of the country last year & my wife had a different company out but they never came back to complete the repairs".The second trip to this property the technician (Kevin) installed the condensate switch with p-trap that included a cleanout & float switch. The switch that we installed is the only type of switch we use. During this visit [redacted] once again told the technician that "I was out of the country last year & my wife had a different company out but they never came back to complete the repairs". Kevin attempted to get paid before he left the property however, [redacted] said he wanted to turn it in to his insurance company for payment along with the cost of the sheet rock damage. The following week Kevin called the [redacted]s, who then gave theirinsurance company information to him. Mrs. [redacted] told Kevin that the insurance company had attempted to our company, however after checking the phone logs with our answering service, checking with our receptionist & checking Kevin's cell phone there is no evidence of their insurance company attempting to contact us directly. Kevin then called the insurance company who told Kevin that they would pay the homeowner & it was the homeowner's responsibility to pay our company. The next week Kevin called both the home number & [redacted]' cell phone numerous times with no response. Kevin finally sent a text message to [redacted]' cell phone. [redacted] replied to the text with a text stating that he would pay Kevin on Friday as that was his day off. [redacted] never contacted Kevin telling him to come by for payment. The next week Kevin stopped by the property as cars were there. He rang the doorbell numerous times over a 30 minute period. A child looked out the window at Kevin and Mrs. [redacted] finally answered the door. She said she would call the insurance company, which she did, which took another 30 minutes. After the phone call Mrs. [redacted] informed Kevin that our company had been out the previous year & they had a copy of the invoice in their safety deposit box. She said she would have [redacted] stop by the bank to pick up their invoice copy. Kevin called his company's controller, who looked into the records as far back as 2012. The controller could find no record of the property address or customer [redacted].The following week [redacted] finally contacted Kevin & told him that he would pay him on Friday, his day off. Kevin called [redacted] Friday morning. [redacted] said he was at [redacted] and he would call back in the afternoon to pay the invoice. [redacted] called in the afternoon to tell Kevin he was not paying us and that he, as well as the insurance company, were going to sue us. He claimed that he had emails from another one of our technicians, Toby, from 2014. He also claimed to have called Toby earlier on Friday. This is not possible as our company did not do any business via email in 2014. As for the phone call to Toby, Toby was out of town the entire week on a hunting trip & had no cell service.[redacted] & [redacted] have never produced the invoice copy they allegedly have. As far as we are concerned this debt is valid & they are responsible for paying it. We will continue to attempt to collect on this debt until it is paid. Regards, Kevin S[redacted]President
