Staffing Solutions-Columbus

I am [redacted] , Operations Manager for Staffing Solutions and ResouceMFG in Columbus, GA I do remember getting a call transferred to me by someone who requested to speak to a manager When I got on the call I introduced myself and asked how I can help The young lady on the phone was apparently already upset and defensive and immediately told me that she was in the process of "filing letters" in response to her son not receiving his W-yet I explained that the number one reason for not receiving the W-2's were due to incorrect addresses and since the USPS do no forward W-2's when address changes are in place you would not receive them if the correct address was not given to the employer She cut me off several times in explaining this I tried to explain that because we are a nationwide company with 1000's of employees working, we set up an internal call center to assist any employee with reprint needs....whether by mail, email or print out in office I was never able to give her ANY of this information because I was cut off with continued threats of "reporting" us and stop talking and tell me how you are going to get my son his W- I repeatedly tried to give her this call center number or even willing to transfer her to them but she stopped me and said forget this I'm reporting you and hung up Keep in mind during this entire discussion she NEVER gave me her son's name....I am now discovering who he is by this complaint And I am happy to report that Mr [redacted] is in fact NOT one of our employees He has never worked for our branch in Columbus or any in our Employbridge nationwide family in I do see a [redacted] in our database with a West Point, GA address who applied with our West Point office in but his application was rejected and he was never placed on assignment I also see a [redacted] who applied with our Auburn, AL branch in with an Opelika address, but his application was rejected as well So although his mom has gone through great lengths to make a complaint against Staffing Solutions it is not warranted or deserved because [redacted] is not or has been an employee of ours We experience on a daily basis the public confusing us with some of our other competitors in town such as Staffing Connections or Select Staffing so it would be a great idea to contact them for assistance in what company he actually worked for And since I have a very good idea of what agencies handle specific clients other than ours, Mr [redacted] or his Mom is more than welcome to call me back and I will help them figure out exactly where he worked if I can Thank You!
