I purchased this product to relieve pain. When the product worked it was a good product. However, shortly after receiving the product, the control for the mat would not work. At first it started by not clicking on without playing with the on and off button. Then it quit working all together.

I called the number for the company several times. After reaching a person, they apologized and said they would order a new control for me and that it would take a couple of weeks to receive it.After waiting nearly one month, I called the company, they never called me. I was told they were having issues with their supplier, but it would be quickly resolved.

After another month or so, I called the company again, I was told the control was stuck in customs. I was told they were working to quickly resolve the issue. I was never called to let me know what was going on with the replacement product.

This continued. Then, finally I called the company to see where my control was. At this time, I was told the control was in but that I had never sent in the bad control I had so they could check and see if it was really defective! I was never asked to send in the bad control!

I sent in my defective control. I waited and waited. I called again and again. Finally, I talked to a person, she said sure enough the control didn't work. They were sending the new one that day.

Finally, I received the "new" control. It worked two times. In looking at this device I do not believe it is a new control. It looks as though it may be a refurbished control. It does not work!!

This entire process started in late Sept of 2017 and it is now February 2018.

Terrible way to run a business!!!!!
