I did nit at any time violate any adult conductA conversation in the back room od the center with my two children and [redacted] occurredThe letter was dated weeks out but was not given to me on the date indicatedPlease provide proof that I voilated the policyMy children were both dismissed without just cause and without proper notice especially after a conversation between the two parties indicated that ww would revisit the situation in two weeks after licencing had visited the premises as she waa too busy to address the situation further because they would be presentIf I did not give ample notice I would have been billed for the next month and time not under their careI feel I should bw compensated dor having to find care as [redacted] Furthee, accounts payable made arrangements 6yeara ago to accept payment for fees on the 20th of the mobthPayment has never exceeded this agreed upon time

On June 8, 2016 the customer (a parent of a child...

at the centre) communicated in a manner that violated the Adult Standards of Behaviour set for St Joseph's Children's Centre. Due to the parents' actions, a discharge from the centre was provided with a two week notice period (attached).
Fees are due on the first of the month for upcoming services. The $[redacted] balance on the account is for services provided from June 1st - June 24th. St Joseph's Children's Centre has only billed for days in which the children were enrolled and participating in the provided childcare services.
