That is not what happened I got truck state inspected on a Friday I was towing tailor on a Saturday got with them that Monday an they said they pulled right side even through its mark right am sure they pulled left said an if some one was to watch them they would see cearly they are not putting the side they pull down

[redacted]Thank you for this opportunity to respond to a complaint fried about my business.p.2I spoke with my store manager, [redacted], regarding this complaint and found that he had workeddirectly with the customer, Mr. [redacted], regarding Mr. [redacted] complaint. Mr. [redacted]...

called Mr. [redacted] witha complaint that after having his vehicle inspected at our shop, his wheel was wobbling and as a resulthad caused damage to his rim and he did not want to drive it forfear of further damage. Mr. [redacted]had the vehicle towed in as a safety precaution measure. When the vehicle arrived at our shop, it wasdiscovered that two of the wheel lugs on the left side wheel were damaged. Our safety inspector, Mr.[redacted], made a copy of the Inspection certification report that clearly stated that he had inspectedthe right front and right rear when performing the Virginia Safety Inspection. Mr. [redacted] thencontacted the customer, who works wal[redacted] distance from our shop and informed him. He walked overto our shop w;th his inspection paperwork and stated that he had mistakenly thought that we checkedthe left side. He then told our manager that his wheel on the left side had become loose so hetightened the lug nut, then a few days later, it became loose again, he tightened it once agarn, and thenit became loose again while he was towing a trailer. Our manager, Mr. [redacted], told Mr. [redacted] that as acourtesy to him, a valued customer, our shop would replace all of the lugs, even though we did notinspect that side of the vehicle. We did this as a good faith one-time courtesy to a valued customer. Thetotal cost for parts and labor that we did not charge Mr. [redacted] was $120.00. Mr. [redacted] was not happy withhaving to pay for the tow bill but as explained to him by Mr. [redacted], this was unrelated to any workthat we performed so we could not absorb that cost as well. The same with the rim. It was unrelated toany work that we performed. The documentation attached to this letter, is a copy of the Inspection Certification filed with the VirginiaState Police. It clearly shows that the inspection had been performed on the right front (RF) and rightrear (RR) of the vehicle on April 13, 2015. As a good faith courtesy to our customer, we replaced all ofthe lug nuts rather than just replacing the two damaged lug nuts. We did not want the customer toexperience any further problems with his wheel. The damage to Mr. [redacted] rim was unrelated to anywork that we performed on his vehicle. That damage was on the left side.we respectfully ask that this complaint not change our good rating. We did in fact attempt to satisfythis customer even though we were not at fault. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at the number on record
