To Whom it May Concern; It is unfortunate our customer had such problems with the sod after the installation We have been installing sod from the same sod farm for years They are a well respected sod farm and the owner has been the president of [redacted] for many years He has also worked with VA Tech in many turf projects and programs We have never received bad sod from this farm Due to the perishable nature of sod and it's success after installation, we can not and have not given warranties written or implied on sod success after installation As the customer has stated, it is not possible to monitor the necessary care for sod survival We inspect our sod for good health before we begin installing, as well as sod farm management before harvesting We appreciate Mr [redacted] business, but we are unable to a provide a cash refund We have offered him a discount on any future work he may be planning.Sincerely, [redacted] President

I spoke with [redacted] from the company and he stated that his company is working on the items that need to be completed. Once they are completed, he will get in contact with the consumer regarding the financially adjustment.

They did install bad sod, and know one inspected it. I was there the day it arrived...only workers were there, and they did not even know where the sod came from when I asked them.
