Revdex.com:
I have...

reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Pursuing the offer to resolve this mechanic negligence through the court process would be an additional financial burden incurred on me, the victim, in this matter which has already cost the victim substantial time and money.  This in no way resolves the matter to the satisfaction of the victim in question but rather poses additional problems, therefore it is not satisfactory.

Review: I took my car to this location for the first time on 7/15/14 to have front brake pads replaced and they convinced me to have my two rear tires replaced and ro. Picked up my car and had new problems of screechy, tight brakes and tire pressure monitoring light staying on. Notified [redacted], the technician, the next day and he checked the tire pressure 4 times on 4 different days, each time all tires were losing pressure and he said he did not know why. He filled the tires up with air each time and told me to drive around and come back if the TPMS light comes back on. Each time I drove off the lot the light came on within 10 minutes. Went back and was told he was on vacation for 1 week and to bring it back. August 13, 2014 went back to the station and told him the light has been on and I was not happy that the problem has persisted for 2 weeks with no resolution beyond filling my tires with air. He stated he had difficulty removing the tire pin to put air in the front right tire so he pushed the pin in to release the air. His suggestion was to assess the car and if it was the TPMS sensor he would charge me to fix it! I notified him that under no circumstance should I have to bear the cost of fixing something he most likely broke while changing my tires and replacing my brakes. [redacted], the manager unbeknown to me at the time of intervention, stepped into my face with his hands up to me and said to be quiet and listen to what [redacted] was suggesting. I told him not to talk to me like a child and he told me to leave his shop then. I asked for a number to call a boss, supervisor, head office, anybody and he told me he is the boss and the number I need to call to report anything is on my invoice. I told him I lost my invoice so could I have an other copy to launch a complaint and he said it wasn't his problem and he was calling the police to escort me off the premises. I have had my tires changed on this vehicle countless times by various vendors and never had TPMS light come except this station.Desired Settlement: Repair the vehicle to the point the TPMS light does not come on and bear the cost of your probable negligence. I had no TPMS light problem when it was brought in and I should not have a TPMS problem right after taking my vehicle off your lot for a repair.
