This company has been sending unsolicited and unwelcome e-mails to our HR department in an attempt to get us to pay for their corporate membership services. The e-mails are full of links to external websites that may be malicious and despite screening efforts on our part with blocking software the e-mails continue to get through.
No further contact by the busi Cease contacting our HR department to peddle your services immediately.
Hello,
All sales emails that originate from us, are either via prospecting through *** or through customers that have visited our web properties and have signed up for one of our products or offerings. We do not use any automated lists and gladly remove anyone from our mailing lists that decides to opt out of these messages. I have all copies of emails that were sent to *** (HR Assistant at ***) and in no one of them has *** replied asking us not to email her, neither has she unsubscribed (an option that exists in all our emails). ***'s email was sourced from her *** profile and/or other resources openly available on the web. We did not contact her personally, rather as a professional in her position with a Canadian company. All links in our emails to *** have been information we believe is relevant to any HR professional in ***. None of the links point to any external sites, all links are to our web properties.
It is unfortunate that this complaint was filed directly with Revdex.com, rather than sending a quick note, reply or opting out of our emails. All of which would have resolved this immediately with no need to escalate it.
This matter will be resolved immediately and *** will be removed as a representative of ***.
