Review: My brother and I pur[redacted]d a bottle package at Stage 48 on 1/** and were charged $193.31 respectively, via [redacted] credit card, complete with amenities and a reserved section. At some point during our time, we were confronted by security and told we had to leave. We then asked to speak with a manager on site, to find out the reason for this occurrence. No one obliged. We then were forcibly removed by security detail and my brother was physically assaulted by security employees. These events transpired well before the club was to close.Desired Settlement: We would like to be refunded the charges posted to our [redacted] credit cards for services not rendered.

Review: I was in a concert on July [redacted] at Stage 48 with my daughter. I bought VIP tickets online, they charge me $65.00 each,plus tax .I was at the place early because I wanted to be in a nice spot, so I was at the line for more than an hour. Once we got inside, they placed us in a VIP room, there was a long couch with tables, so we picked one of the best spot since we where second on the line. A waiter approached us and told us that we had to buy a bottle to stay on the table. I bought a bottle of champagne, I paid $388.00 with tips. In the middle of the concert a group of people (around 3 guys and 3 girls) came to our table, the waiter told us that that group wanted our table, I told him that i'm sorry but I was there first, I paid my VIP ticket, and I bought a bottle to stay in that place, I told him that they could use the table but I wanted to stay there until the concert finish. The other group of people got upset and they where pushing and insulting us for the rest of the concert. At some point one of the guys stepped on the couch next to my daughter and told me 'if you don't move I am going to step on your friend". Next to that he was talking with the staff, one of the organizers came (i assume that they where friends) and 5 minutes later the staff told me that the owner said that I had to leave. they take me out of the place before the concert finished. I felt so humiliated, aggravated, and , cheated. I don't think that they had the right to do that.Desired Settlement: I think that they should give me my money back .

Review: The door attendant upstairs at [redacted] who takes the tickets and stamps patrons wrists always exhibits a rude and nasty attitude. If I ask a question he responds in a very angry and nasty tone and often gestures with his hand for me to go in the club in a disdainful, rude way. I’m a frequent patron at [redacted] and after paying a $25-$30 entry fee a little respect would be appreciated. I submitted a complaint about this on the [redacted] website over a week ago and never received a response. I went last night and received the same nasty attitude from the attendant. I went outside and asked a security guard (whom I later found out was the [redacted]) to speak with the [redacted]. He asked me what it was concerning and I told him it was about an issue I had with the doorman upstairs. He demanded to know the specifics and I told him I would rather share that with the [redacted]. He rudely snapped “well go back inside then!” I then asked the attendant on the inside behind the sign up table for the [redacted]. He replied well it’s a busy night for her - what do you need? I told him of the issue I had upstairs and he said well I don’t know what I can do to help you. Another man then walked up, he said his name was [redacted]. I explained the issue and said that I would like to speak to a [redacted]. He said so what do you want? The [redacted] is busy. I told him I would like the situation to be addressed and that I had submitted a complaint on the website and hadn’t gotten a response. He asked what website and I told him the website for [redacted]. He then said [redacted] doesn’t have a website, which is untrue. He said there’s nothing I can do if you didn’t receive a response from where ever you submitted it. He also said since he didn’t see the problem upstairs there was nothing he could do about it. His demeanor and responses were very disbelieving, condescending and unconcerned. Everyone I spoke to regarding this issue displayed a very poor approach for handling my concerns and their lack of courtesy and professionalism was very disappointing.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology letter and a commitment to providing better customer service.

Review: I bought tickets for a party at this venue. The price claimed to include horse d'oeuvres and an open bar, but I received neither. Upon arrival I attempt to receive drinks, but the bartenders requested that we pay them for any drinks.I tried different bartender but d hey had the same story, "[redacted]". I paid approximately $400 for 4 tickets and we each received one drink. I feel as if I was swindled into paying a lot of money and did not receive the service I paid for. The price of the ticket also mentioned that coat check is the responsibility of the venue which we were also charged $4 per person. I feel incredibly disrespected and mistreated by the staff at this venue and want a refund. I will be calling the ticket company as well as venue and my credit card company until I receive a refund. I received one drink for over approximately $90 per ticket. Please reprimand this horribly run club and their disrespectful bartenders. I'm very upset at the outcome of my holiday and my expense. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the drinks and horses d'oeuvres that I did not receive.
