time of request - TWO YEARS LATER - she did not mention anything about floor repair, just a friendly request for tuning.
I generously offered her half price for the tuning (again, I actually did not owe her anything) but told her it has to wait until I'm out in that areaIt waited on my to do list for many months, and finally I pushed to get it done in December I was having difficulty due to a new assistant plus having to move my showroom to a new location, which I told herI did miss the first appointment due to the new assistant making a mistake, and I apologized, and for the second appointment I was quite late but I was going there, but she got upset and told me not to come.
Then she decided to bill me for the floor, which she had never mentioned before, plus trying to get an entire free tuning paid forI apologized several times and I SENT HER A CHECK FOR HALF TUNING $(am I naive or what??)It has been or mailing days since I sent the check and SHE IS COMPLAINING, and I am considering stopping to pay it, as clearly this lady is mining for money.
I take care of thousands of people's pianos, and I have sold well over pianos in the area since 2002, and my reputation is flawless, if you search my name on the internet you will find a stellar reputation.

There was a yr warranty and a free tuning offered to me when I purchased the piano I have emails stating I had a free tuning dueMrW*** did damage my floor when he brought the piano in Mr W*** did NOT show up times in a row to tune my piano He in fact stalled on coming for nearly years after I asked time and time again when he could come out to give me my free tuning I live in Gold Bar where he delivered the piano He says he was running late but he would have been over hours late for an am appointment after not having shown up the previous appoinments I needed the piano tuned so I called in a more reputable person to tune it as he obviously could not be counted onMrW*** offered to pay for the tuning Which would amount to $ The flooring I had to cut out and replace which required a special tool and finding the right matching width of solid teak flooring It was not and easy fix He needs to pay for these damages$for damaged flooring.Sincerely,*** ***
