[redacted] is the company that conducts the payment transaction. [redacted] is the company that receives payment for the transaction. Therefore, [redacted] is the company that issues the refund. After that was explained in detail, further calls were made by someone other than the complainant, demanding contact information for [redacted]: the same company they had just contacted themselves, to place the order and conduct the transaction. Within two hours, [redacted] contacted Stage Door Deli to notify management that they had issued the customer a full refund. It is with certainty that [redacted] has confirmation and records of the refund, and can reaffirm that the customer indeed received the refund. Furthermore, [redacted] was gracious enough to extend their apologies to Stage Door for the loss of time and resources.
