I answered an add for the eye cream onlineWhen I phoned a salesperson he said I had a month to decide if I wanted the productI was billed $And told that the packaging said that I had weeks before being chargedThere are telephone tapes to prove my statement

I do not accept the response from for the following reasons
1. I resent being called a "pain " by the owner. Especially since he still doesn't have his facts straight. My missed pickup day was March 2014. I did not even call him to ask about my awaited refund until weeks later on April when he had told me he had mailed it out days prior(not days after missed appointment) The check he wrote was dated April 5, but the envelope was date April that was mailed to Illinois (days after missed apt)
I did not call times , but I did call multiple times when I was told to call back per the staff that told me to call and check back in. I waited until April to call the second time when I was then told he actually did not already mail out the check but he actually waited until Monday April because he wanted to mail the check out insured , which it was not. I then waited another days and called back when ** told me to, to still say I didn't receive it. At that point I was told it was mailed to Illinois. I finally received the check April (weeks after missed pickup). I only called when I was told to , or after I was told I would receive the check in a day or two but waited or 5. I was the one stranded at the airport and my wife was the one to have to drive miles roundtrip to get me, but I am the pain???....I think Mr*** owes me and an apology and should work on his business organization not to strand people at the airport.
2. The check was written for $in the number box but "Seventy dollars" on the Pay to line..my Bank would only deposit $70...he still owes me $

Please provide a fax # for Revdex.com and I will forward Cashed check plus bank statement showing $ withdrawn on check # Mr *** was entitled to compensation for one trip from
the airport to home , as the first portion of his trip was fulfilled ! We in good faith paid both ways At this point we will put Mr *** down as one of the % customer that just cannot be

I have attached my phone records of when the shuttle driver began to call me along with the invoice that the shuttle company had sent me when I made the appointment. As you can see the invoice gives only time, price, and my name and not indicating where the pickup and drop off is. Also, mind the time 8:p.m. If you look at the phone record, the bottom three number indicates the calls I got from the shuttle driver ###-###-####, one at 7:p.mand the other at 8:p.m., the third one ###-###-#### came from the dispatcher at 8:as I was meeting up with the driver. My problem here isn't so much as the wrong destination, but it is the fact that the company had changed my pickup time from 8:p.mto 8:p.mwithout informing me. Had the lady, Joan, that was suppose to inform me of the time change done so, this situation would have been avoided. One I would have arrived earlier and realized that there is a miscommunication about my destination, giving me ample time to fix that mistake. Two, some where in that conversation with her, since I was told that I should have been called on my phone for the change, I would have realized hours earlier that there is a miscommunication about the my destination. Unfortunately, only the company knows when the time was changed. As you can see from MsAngie's response, she is making it sound like it as though I changed my mind about my destination when I arrived and not confessing up to the fact that my pickup time was changed and no one had informed me of it***

I did talk to the customer Mr *** but the reservation he sent us had nothing about mesa gateway on it and this is information he provided us I did try to explain to him that we are a pre scheduled so we do not have drivers sitting and waiting normally and that times can fluctuate to
minutes we didn't have anyone available to get him to mesa gateway in time we had him scheduled for sky harbor per his reservation thank you angie

board by that time we couldn't back track to get her I did forget to call her back that was my fault but  I did talk to her and told her we don't give refunds when the driver was waiting we where there at the time we told her we would pick her up and did try to call her twice before the driver left the man at the gate of grand canyon university even called the other gate to see if she was there we can only wait so long we are a scheduled service .

Mr [redacted] was sent his refund two days after his missed pick up . However it was sent to Peoria Illinoi not Arizona . He did not believe us so we waited for the returned envelope with original check , which we got

     and subsequently forwarded to Mr [redacted] . We are now waiting the cashed check so we can attach to you and end this dispute . Mr [redacted] was fully aware of our honest mistake and in my mind is just being a pain

I  do not accept the response from for the 2 following reasons

1.  I resent being called a "pain " by the owner.  Especially since he still doesn't have his facts straight.  My missed pickup day was March 23 2014.   I did not even call him to ask about my awaited refund until 2 weeks later on April 6 when he had told me he had mailed it out 3 days prior. (not 2 days after missed appointment) The check he wrote was dated April 5, but the envelope was date April 11 that was mailed to Illinois (19 days after missed apt)

I did not call 9 times , but I did call multiple times when I was told to call back per the staff that told me to call and check back in.  I waited until April 11 to call the second time when I was then told he actually did not already mail out the check but he actually waited until Monday April 7 because he wanted to mail the check out insured , which it was not.  I then waited another 3 days and called back when ** told me to, to still say I didn't receive it. At that point I was told it was mailed to Illinois.   I finally received the check April 21 (4 weeks after missed pickup).  I only called when I was told to , or after I was told I would receive the check in a day or two but waited 4 or 5.  I was the one stranded at the airport and my wife was the one to have to drive 70 miles roundtrip to get me, but I am the pain???....I think Mr. [redacted] owes me and an apology and should work on his business organization not to strand people at the airport.

I UNDERSTAND SHAHIN IS UPSET THAT THE TIME WAS CHANGED BUT WE DID HAVE A DRIVER THERE FOR HIM THAT WAS COMMUNICATING WITH HIM AND HE DID MEET WITH  BUT WE DID NOT HAVE ANYONE AVAILABLE TO GO TO MESA GATEWAY AIRPORT AT 8 OR 816PM BECAUSE WE WERE UNDER THE IMPRESSION HE WAS GOING TO SKY HARBOR PER HIS RESERVATION OUR DRIVERS ARE PRE SCHEDULED THEY WHERE SCHEDULED TO PICK UP AT SKY HARBOR NEXT NO ONE WAS GOING TOWARDS GATEWAY AT THAT TIME
