inconvenience this situation may have caused Mr***, several attempts were made to contact him to resolve this matter before turning him over to collectionsMr***'s lease was terminated early by management because of several lease violations and as Mr*** was told by management once your lease is terminated by management the resident is not allowed back on the propertySo as far as him being on property after the termination I am not aware of it. I apologize that you have had such a terrible time with the service department on getting your car repaired, but this has nothing to do with your lender. And if you have not been making the "Required" payments to your lender, that you agreed to make, there is nothing that
anyone at World Class Motors, LLc can do to rectify thatI would contact the lender and beg for mercy and see if you can "bring your payments current" and maybe, just maybe, they will remove the negative strike that you have against your file. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I am still unhappy with how long it is taking for me to receive my vehicle. I am way more upset with the fact it has almost been 5 months, than the fact that I have missed payments. The payment part is on me, the fact that I have had no vehicle is on them. I believe something needs to be done about this in ways of a refund, or just plain and simply keep the vehicle and buy it back from me for what I owe. Unsatisfactory. The mechanic says people pull him off of my vehicle to go pick up other, unacceptable. My vehicle should be a top priority and it is being seen as something far less. If further actions need to be taken then they will be, but I would like to at least see some progress or have my vehicle back this week!
