I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.While the move out date was rescheduled several times, I was in constant communication with the management service with regard to these changesAnd while one voicemail was received from this company, several messages were never returnedAnd calls were never answeredThe dog hair in the common area belonged to the dog of the owner who came to stay in the apartment for two weeks, a dog that sheds profuselyWhile "all dogs shed," the dog that I own, does not shed unless brushed or bathed, neither of which happened in the apartmentWith regard to the form that the management company says I "never turned in," myself and another tenant in the apartment, when we signed our lease, were told an associate from the company would come to go over the form with us and fill it out, this never occurredWith regard to the lease agreement, the room was cleaned and vacuumed prior to move out, bathroom floors were scrubbed, having carpets shampooed was not listed in the lease agreement that I was given a copy ofLandlords are responsible for cleaning and regular wear and tear of apartments, which was not done for me prior to moving in to the apartmentFurthermore, this management company has been extremely unprofessional with regard to this incident, which myself and my family tried to rectify prior to contacting the Revdex.com, and through the management of this apartment while I lived there over the past year. In addition, there was no mention of the double-booking of rooms in the apartment and the attempts of this management company to attempt to get double rent for July That breaks the law, while my lease was still in effect, this company moved an additional person into the apartment and collected rent from himAlso, the landlord and his family were the ones that cleaned the room and bathroom, not a professional business, after the new tenant already moved inI'm not convinced any rooms in the apartment have ever been professionally cleaned, regardless of the claims of this management companyAdditional rooms were left uncleaned prior to move in for other tenants in this apartment and they have been remiss in rectifying any and all situations within the apartment. I urge anyone in the *** area to avoid leasing with APMS
