I am not sure why the installers would say that because they install subfloor all of the time in fact they installed all
new subfloor for your front porchYes installers do not get paid until they complete jobI was just back at your house and I thought it looked greatYou showed me that you was unhappy with the softness of the subfloor just about every square foot of the jobI know your subfloor is soft and has give to it we talked about it when I came to look at job before we gave you the first estimateI told you it was so bad we could not install 1/inch subfloor over the top like we normally due because the subfloor would not hold the nailsyou said that you did not want or have the money to replace all of the subfloorYou stated that the old carpet was hard to take care of because of the animals and just wanted a vinyl because it would be easier to cleanyou said your main concern was a 2xsoft area in living room and a place by the windowI told you the only option I knew was to install a floating floor that would not attach to your old subfloorWe charged you $for material and labor for repairsYou was in the house several times during repairs in fact installers said they showed you the repairs and talked about themI am confused on why after the floor is installed now you want new subfloorEven after job was started we could have stopped and gave you exact price for new subfloorNo one ask us to do anything different so we did what was plannedWe did what was in your contract and even more to fix your floor the way you wanted (without the expense of new subfloor)I want to please every Customer but I cant do things that are not charged for and the only way to fix the problem is to install all new subfloorI sent you a e-mail days after I came back out to look at complaint and told you I would split the cost of us taking up flooring letting you get new installed then us coming back to re-install your flooring.in this case that is the best I can do and I think that is a fair offerI am sorry you are not happy with your subfloorif you have a different idea please run it by meThanks

"I showed you softness in every inch of the the floor"
NoI showed you two soft spots I feel should have been repaired or I should have been told before you tried to just Quickly tile over the holes
I am really afraid we may fall through
I signed a paper to agree to pay for more board if it was neededno copy given
The main sag is immedeatly when you walk in the middle of my livingroom
I saw the bedroom hallway..(where they first started to lay the tileit was already tiled and the guys kind of jumped on it "see we fixed that spot"
The hallway CLEARLY shows a board down the middle of the floor
and the "small"nail or screw headsif they're already pushing throughwhats it going to be in a few months?
The subfloor on the porch has a hole from the step being put backno one mentioned thatits small
The boards were not cut to the edgeI had to foam to keep the bugs out and insulate.A board was just placed over that area and nothing said
The extra repair you gave me was two boards to prop up the floor under the trailer.Not professional at allI was not told about the soft spots and my floor sags BADLY in TWO spots
I asked the guys to let me know if there was any problemsI was right next doorI gave them my cell number and a note to " SAVE the livingroom carpet
I also told them this, but the carpet was taken
I was not told about the holes you just tiled over
My joists, they told me were bad,
They are fineI have pictures
Also, the heating guy was under the middle of the home and saw no bad joistsI have a note from him
At the time,IF I WAS TOLD, I could have Afforded to replaced the subfloor if that was really needed and I can show proof
I was told that YOU WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE SOFT SPOTSSimply, this was not done
You came out and said you would pull up the tile and let me fix it,and relay it

You did not email me until after my brother called upset at the really laughable repair job that was doneI paid $3,for my small 14xmobile homeyou tiled the livingroom, kitchen and a hallwayyou gave me a quote of over $1000.oo this is you eating most of the cost? I wish you would have taken pride in your buisness..Wanted to just do a good jobwho would want vinyl tile covering holes

I paid $3,527.80 for my small 14x68 mobile home. you tiled the livingroom, kitchen and a hallway.. you gave me a quote of over $1000.oo .. this is you eating most of the cost? I wish you would have taken pride in your buisness..Wanted to just do a good job.. who would want vinyl tile covering holes.
