Review: In January of 2015, Stagreen offered us a Valued Customer Prepay Discount. 9 services normally priced at $88.00 each would be offered at $80.96 each. We paid $728.64 for 9 applications. After 3 applications, we are extremely dissatisfied with the results and wish to discontinue the service. Stagreen has ceased service but has been non-responsive regarding return of prepayment. 2 phone calls have been unreturned this week and a certified letter requesting refund was refused at this address.Desired Settlement: Return of $464.64

On 6/20/2015 [redacted] cancelled services with me do to his interpretation of poor service, in actuality it was only from lack of water, in which I have no control over. [redacted] has been a long time good customer so I thought he of all people would understand. I went to his lawn several times, even calling on my peers to go by there too to investigate the problem, they did. They also found it was due to lack of water only! So with this information in hand I again contacted [redacted] asking him to stay with me and I will fix everything for FREE if he would water more. Unfortunately he chose not to. I honored his request and terminated services on 6/20/2015. At that time he informed me of a certified letter coming in the mail, I told him I will wait to get it. After a week or so we talked again and I informed him the letter was not delivered because im always in the field and the postman needed a signature. Then I told him I didn't need it anyway if he is just asking for a refund I will get back with him after talking to my business partner who lives in Texas. Just today before saw this I left a message on [redacted]'s voice mail telling him I will refund the balance even though it had NOTHING to do with my service and EVERYTHING to do with his inadequate watering. In the message I describe the method of refund over three months which would equal in full. How is [redacted] complaining to the Revdex.com after only one week of no communication? Is one week to long to discuss a expensive business matter with a partner who lives out of state? I don't think so. [redacted] should know that I was calling him back and should have exercised more patience. Besides his voicemail was only two days old.
