Ordered pants in June, Back ordered to July 31st Called in September to see why I hadn't received the pants yet, no one had processed the back order Promised to send pants Called in 1st week of October, still no pants received, told they were shipped to the wrong address and would reship them to the correct address weeks later, 10/14/still no pants, no return phone calls Charged my Credit Card on 8/27/and on 10/14/I have still not received my order....this company appears to be a scam....I would advise against ordering anything from them

Upon receiving communication dated 10/14/regarding the refund owed to me, I checked my account and they did indeed refund my money! I want to add that although they stated the refund occurred on 8/30/14, my statement says that the refund just occurred on 9/30/ I attached a screen shot of my online statement to back that up I truly appreciate the efforts of the Revdex.com of Upstate South Carolina in helping me to receive my refund and holding unscrupulous businesses accountable Thank you! Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint This is not a true statement from Ms [redacted] She told us it was in stock but had to get from the warehouse and would ship in to days Two weeks later we called on a Saturday, a man answered and reported it would be in on the truck by Tuesday and we should have it some time that week Still nothing, when I called the numbers back there was no answer and message for 8xx number said mailbox full try back later I got this same message approx times thats when I wrote the Revdex.com To resolve this issue I either want the phone holster I ordered or my money back that was taken out of debit cardin one week and I will never never order from this company again or recommend them to anyone Read the comments on their web page they have a lot of dissatisfied customers for the very same thing and people dont get what they order either , I wish I had looked at them before I ordered Terrible company I think they take the money with out any intention of filling the order unless someone complains They're scammers and need to be stopped.Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] placed an order on 8/28/2015 for a barbed wire cell phone case. The customer was told it was not in stock and would have to be ordered. When ordering from the manufacturer t he item has been on back order so he has not received it yet because we haven’t received it due to being...

I ordered a saddle pad in early April an now almost the end of May and have not received it!! Called several times and got the run around and no calls back had to call again. Then last week they told me on Friday they were closing early to go to a rodeo may not get back to me till Monday or tues!! Really !!!i called today and she told me yea it's still on back order so I canceled the order very unhappy with their service would not recomend them to anyone and please don't tell a customer you are closing early you have a rodeo to go to that is much more important than you helping a customer!!!!

I am happy to say that the case has been resolved last week and[redacted] at 'Cultured Cowboy' has returned my payment that I made to them all that long time back! I have received confirmation from my bank that the refund has been paid on tuesday.
 
I would like to thank you [redacted], and all your colleagues for your due diligence and determination in helping me out successfully regarding this matter, and God Bless America!! :-)

placed order in January ,kept saying on way, called twelve times in five months ,same run around over and over , never came thru on anything, one lousy operation.

I worked with [redacted] on my old hat and ended up buying a new one after [redacted] fixed the old one. He is great to work with and they have a great selection. I received a confirmation on my order approx. 20 minutes after placing it.
I travel extensivly nationwide and have quite a bit of experience with many different hat stores, from California to South Carolina. I wll be dealing with [redacted] and
The Cultured Cowboy from now on.

After responding your email about my complaint ( ID [redacted]) tonight, I realized that the credit I saw on my account was a "temporary credit" issued by my credit card company while investigating the complaint.  I have attached a copy of the letter they sent me regarding this.  When I accessed my account online tonight, I had forgotten about the letter. 
 
I tried to edit my response on the Revdex.com website but was unable to.  My case has not been resolved and I do not wish for it to be recorded that they did refund my money when in fact they have not.  I apologize for the confusion.

Considering that the people at 'Cultured Cowboy' have basically lied and prevaricated...

since June 2013 on this matter, I think it is not unfair of me to suggest that they just return my money. Let's face it, their lack of response to my many emails asking for details on the progress of my order show that they intended to keep my payment and hope I would eventually go away, as no restitution was offered, apologies made for lack of any news, shipping costs or details being supplied, nothing.
From reading about this company's antics on the internet, it has become clear that they regularly play fast and loose with customers orders, and often do not fulfil their contractual obligations to them, but still keep their money, as they have mine for nearly 16 months now without me getting my ordered goods or my money back. I honestly would prefer that they just return to me my $119.99 outlay now, as the lack of professionalism and basic honesty they have demonstrated has caused me to lose all faith in them as honest vendors. 
Please could you inform them of my wishes if that is within your remit, but I have a feeling they will have no intention of ever repaying me my money if it's left up to them. If this is not doable, then can I ask that you remind them of their contractual obligations to me, and also ask them to contact me regarding any questions or problems they may have on the subject., although I won't be holding my breath on that one, and would appreciate if you could keep me informed of any more movement, positive or negative, on this matter as soon as you can.
I shall also try contacting them myself when I have heard from you of anything new they may inform you of that will hopefully resolve this sorry state of affairs.
