The Fashion Film maize product was used in a design cut which was cut below the 1/16” of an inch line thickness published on technical documentation related to the materials. The product was sent in and reviewed by product testing department and the product testing report states that product
was not defective it was cut below the guidelines and overstretched on garment. Only one small area of the design was affected as the rest of the design was well above the guidelines.Customer *** was provided via email a copy of the product testing document stating the aboveIn addition Stahls’ offered a customer care replacement yard roll of fashion film maize to repair the affected areas of the designNo response was ever received in regard to this offer. Stahls ID will issue an account credit of $the equivalent of the yard roll purchased in the maize color as a customer care
