The rental agreement between STAHM Properties and [redacted] was terminated due to multiple violations of the terms and conditions of the lease.

Review: In June of 1999 I rented 2 Storage rooms from Stahm Properties. In May 2001 I took my daughter to UCLA Medical Center for a study program and treatment program With Dr. [redacted] and Dr. [redacted] I've been out here ever since, my personal property has been stored in Middleton just short of 16 years. In Nov 2014 [redacted] sent me this sarcastic email stating the payments were do on the first, I responded back that I couldn't make the payment at the first of the month with rent, utilities, car payment, auto insurance,... I have made the payment EVERY month. I sent an email stating the date that I was going to make the payment, and when I got the money order, I emailed him and gave him the money order number so that he knew it was on its way. On March 18th I got an email from him stating I was to have my property removed from the facility by April 18th or he's selling it on April 25th. He stated that they hadn't received Feb or Mar payments. I had already sent him an email on Mar 3rd stating I was making the payment March 20th(it wasn't the 20th yet). I told him I had sent Feb, he ask if I could prove it. I said I could and would enclose copies with the Mar pymt, said I would be sending it registered. He refused the proof and the Mar pymt. I sent the Apr pymt today expecting to get that back also. But that's alright, I'll take the unopened envelopes into Court to show the Judge that I did indeed do what I said I did. This is not the 1st time he's wanted to sell my property off. He's vindictive, spiteful, and mean spirited. He knows full well I don't have the luxury of taking off work nor can I afford to fund the venture. I'll be able to when I sue them. Copies of the receipts have been sent to Consumer Protection in WI and I'm going to submit the same to the National Consumer Protection. I can also provide you proof if you wish.Desired Settlement: I will seek fair market value for the property, legal fees, plus damages. The list provided to me by them is nowhere near what the contents I had stored within but they've been in those units several times. I don't know who entered, if it was Supervised and monitored, or what. I am going to check both the WI and NV newspapers for the legal listing on the sale of this property. He plans to liquidate my property on Saturday April 25th 2015. Monday I'll start legal proceedings.
