I can provide photographic proof that when I moved in there were no blinds provided and I dont appreciate being accused of lying I also was not given any form to fill out, in fact I asked her assistant at the time Lorena, to provide this form when I signed the lease and wasnt given said form I gave an email providing the list that I had and was submitted several times, to which I also have proof Again if the would like I can most certainly provide proof that who is lying is Pillar properties. The following set of pictures show of when I moved in and the last is one of the several pictures of when I moved out in 2016, BOTH of which showing NO blinds Its offensive the elaborate accusation that Pillar Properties always provides blind in all there properties

I am Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:This complaint is to ensure that all persons interested in renting a property thru this property management should be aware of there business practices This matter to me has been about the continued lack of respect that was shown to me from the very beginning It was not about recovering money I was not ever provided blinds and I STAND BY MY COMPLAINT and will not remove my complaint because it is justified Pillar Properties never provided blinds and is giving statements that all properties are provided with blindsI recoeved a portion of my deposit and offering to return $for blinds and still insisting that blinds were provided, when photos were provided showing the contrary shows how there business is run and also confirms what ive been saying all along My complaint I hope will prevent someone else from going thru what I went thru. Ms. [redacted], In response to the complaint, Mrs. [redacted] information she has submitted is completely false. We always provide tenants with a checkin sheet upon moving into a home and highly suggest to them that they return it back to us within the first 30 days. If the tenants decide not to...
turn it while they are living in the house, that is their responsibility. All of our homes include blinds. It is standard in every one of our homes and the blinds were in the home when Mrs. [redacted] moved in. The blinds were missing at the home when Mrs. [redacted] left the home. Piller Properties only deducted the expenses that were caused by the tenants...nothing more and that is why she received a partial deposit back. Piller Properties sent Mrs. [redacted] a check along with a letter within the 30 days after move out. Mrs. [redacted] then emailed a few weeks after that she had not received anything from us. I told her I would check the bank to see if the check had cleared and when we saw that it had not, we immediately reissued her another check. Piller Properties owns many homes in the Copperas Cove/Killeen/Temple area for the last 25 years. We have never had a single complaint filed against us in all of those years because we respect our tenants and have had great relationships with our tenants..past and present. We have many tenants stay another year or 2 after their lease ends and that is due to the fact that we are very involved and take care of repairs at once.
