The customer is requesting an additional refund on an order shipped prior to the cancelation request. The customer was shipped a three month maintenance supply on 6/**/for $119.85. This order was prior to the cancelation date and has not been returned. Therefore, there is no refund due

This purchase was placed via the website, *** on 2/**/15. There is no record of this customer attempting to contact customer service via telephone or email. The customer service department is available days a week. The telephone number is

If the customer feels that this order was fraudulent then we will launch an internal investigation including a trace to the IP address used to place the order and sharing the information with law enforcement. The customer took advantage of a free offer on 7/**/14. He paid $for shipping and processing and was shipped the day intensive Power Swabs treatment kit. The sales representative explained that in days, the maintenance program would be shipped and if he was not satisfied with
his results, he should call our customer service department within the days to cancel. Below is the link to the sales call from 7/**/14. The customer's address and credit card information has been removed to protect the customer from fraud and for PCI compliance. The customer contacted our customer service department on 8/*/14, requesting cancellation and refund. The account was cancelled and the customer was provided with a cancellation number. Our customer service department shared the recorded sales call with the customer via email. The promotion was explained properly and the customer verbally agreed to the terms of the free offer The customer was instructed to return the maintenance kit if he did not want it and a refund would be applied upon receipt of the return. [Your Answer Here] They should let customer get days not from the day I 1sr made the call to purchase but from days after I recieved the items which because of the holiday I recieved it after July *That was not daysi know it was on 6/** not 6/** because the cc was charged out immediatley
I hope that other customers that want to purchase rthier product will look at this complaint Noone should have the right to just charge their cc without the permissionI cancelled the charge with my bank

On 5/*/14, the recording from the time of the initial order, 1/**/14, was reviewed for accuracy. The sales representative explained the promotion correctly. Maintenance kits are mailed every three months and billed $per month. The customer verbally agreed to the terms.
On 5/*/14, the recording was sent to the customer, via the email address provided in this complaint. As per the customer's request, future shipments have been canceled. The three month maintenance kit was shipped to the customer on 2/**/14. Nothing has been returned. At this time, no refund is due. Thank you

The customer placed an order on line via *** on 6/**/15. At the time of the initial order, the customer manually selected to become a preferred customer with reoccurring shipments every
days. The customer contacted Customer Care on 12/**/to cancel future shipments and requested a refund on shipped orders from 9/**/and 12/**/15. Reoccurring shipments were canceled and the customer was advised that the 12/**/order can be returned for a full refund. All Power Swabs orders come with a day risk free guarantee. The return policy is on the website as well as all invoices. The customer was very angry at the policy and disconnected from the call. The 12//**/can be returned for a refund in the amount of $79.90. There is an unpaid label provided on the invoice. Refunds are applied upon receipt of the return. The cancelation confirmation number is ***. I spoke with the customer this morning.  As per her request, a refund in the amount of $179.80 was refunded to [redacted]'s PayPal account.  This was an unusual and isolated incident and we are sorry for any inconvenience.
