This customer keeps on insisting to refund her the money for sealer but after looking at the invoice we did not charge her for sealingThe job we did there should have been a lot more than we chargedHer floor was sealed with a wrong sealer and had 5-Coates on itWe had to strip the floor over and over to remove the sealerShe says that we charged her $for sealing if we charged her for sealing it would have been at least $I kept getting threat texts from her every weekAnd now she wants a refund back for $Basically she wants the job for free which is not going to happen

This customer called us to clean her carpetsWe got there and examined the carpet, condition of it was really worn out to a point where we told her that the cleaning will not get the carpets looking brand new which she 'twas expectingAlso she had lot of deep stains that were down in padding and
we specifically told her that a lot of these stains will come backBefore we did the job I told her there is no guarantee on the cleaning because of how bad the condition of the carpet wasShe knew everything upfront before we went ahead an did the jobNo guarantee

Hired them to clean my sectional and ottoman I gave the measurements over the phone *** advised they have a special of $including the ottoman or $with stain protection added and there were no additional fees I was told I would get a call to confirm the appointment This did not occur I called *** the day of the appointment to confirm for myself I had to give him my address for him to remember who I was and he advised yes and the appointment time When he came out to my home he said he was *** and proceeded to give me a quote of $130! I told him this is not what we discussed He asked who I spoke to I said *** which is who he said he was He said it may have been his brother I guess they share the same name?! He then proceeded to drop the price down to $but I did not want to deal with someone who lied about the price then lied as to who he was It made no sense Then to top it off he said he doesn't know who would give a price of $for the size of my sectional He did,verbally!! Complete waste of time and very deceptive I found this company on *** *** On their website this company has an A+ rating w/ Revdex.com but it doesn't show this company is accredited on the Revdex.com website Deceptive

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.He is lying about the number coats on the floor.  I told him there were 2 coats.  He was aware of it as he was at my house to give the bid.  He begged me to let him do it and would start right then but never gave me an exact amount to do the job.  He was continually texting me when I was obtaining another bid.  I have attached the text messages he sent me as soon as he left while I was obtaining another bid.  The messages also include when he didn't come back to finish the job and his offers and promises to send the check.  The text messages can not  be altered after they are sent.I want my refund for the sealing he charged me plus extra for all the time I had to clean, seal the floors myself and now to deal with this.  Regards,[redacted]
