I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
I met with [redacted] today after waiting over 20...
minutes for him and sending threatening text messages to call the buildings department, immigration and the police due to several infraction on his property. He immediately surfaced and provided me with my merchandise along with my refund.

Review: I went to meet [redacted] of Stained Glass Imagery to have a hole drilled into a glass ashtray on December *, 2013. He assured that he would be able to do this for me and I put a $10.00 deposit down on a $50.00 fee. I told him it wasn't a rush order but I would like it done by January. He said no problem. It is now July *, 2014, I have called him numerous times, spoken to him numerous times and it's always a different story. He's stated he's in Florida and won't be back for 5 weeks, then it was his windows were being replaced and there was a delay in the shipment so it was going to be another two weeks. It's been well over 7 months and I still do not have my ashtray nor was the job ever completed. I told him not to do the job at this point that I just want my ashtray back. He has provided me with nothing but excuse after excuse and all I want now is my merchandise returned in the condition in which I gave it to him.Desired Settlement: I want my deposit back of $10, along with my glass ashtray.
