I am very disappointed with this company. Bad service, and even worse attitude toward the customer.
I left a glass part to cut the whole in it that matches exactly the same size (diameter) as the whole in the original part. I asked [redacted] (one of the shop's owners, I guess) to measure the original part size carefully. However instead of original size diameter 7" he cut it much larger 8". The part was scrapped.
I gave them another chance with another part, explaining again what is needed. This time the part cracked.... and was also scrapped. Nonetheless they charged their labor, and blamed me, the customer, for their failure.
The bottom line, I lost the cost of two parts, was charged for the shop labor that has no value to me, and I was blamed for the shop failure.....I do not recommend this shop to anyone with special custom order...[redacted]
