back on January I had my oven go down and locked the oven doorthey came out assessed the problem and had to order a part it was several weeks later after I called them about the part and they said they called several times but no answer, there was no voicemails or calls on my caller IDeven though they had my cell phonethey finally installed the part I paid just over for the repairOn May my son was cooking in the oven and the same problem happen with the "new" part, the oven locked and put the oven in broiler mode, and lucky enough my son was able to unplug the stove because it had food cooking in itI called them on warranty work which was years parts and months labor and they said they would have dispatch call meI have yet to hear from anyone and its been almost a full month and I had to go buy a new stoveThey cost me over dollars that includes the repair costs to them and the new stove I had to buy
We called Denver's "Best - ha" Appliance Repair and told them we needed to have the ignition replaced in our GE ovenA tech came out the next day and confirmed that the ignition kit needed to be replaced but he didn't have the parts to fix itThat sucked since we thought that was the point in him coming outSo basically he just came out and told us something we told them the day beforeNot only could he not fix it, he broke the door of our oven and left it off when he leftHe said he was going to put it back on, but when he left we saw it still sitting on the kitchen floorIn addition they quoted $for the part (which online starts as low at $25-60) and for laborWe told him it was way more than anywhere we had seen online - since we already knew the problem when we calledI called the office to tell them our oven door was left broken and asked why their part costs were so highThe lady told me they "had to make money on something" (admitting that they hike up their costs on parts) I told her that they should be making money on labor - which also seemed really highShe told me I had choices (1.) They wouldn't charge me for the service charge to come out - but the door THEY BROKE would also not be fixed or (2.) They will come and fix the door and oven and not charge for the service chargeBoth seemed like a pretty terrible dealI either have to have a broken door and oven or we way overpay for the partsShe offered a 3rd "deal" to have someone fix the door (that they broke) for a charge of $60!!! I wish I was making this upSince we felt they were incredibly unethical we decided to cut our losses with them and hire someone else to fix what THEY broke and fix the oven ignitionThe repair tech was super nice - even though he left our oven doorlessHowever, the dispatch woman was incredibly rude and didn't handle my frustration well at all; at one point I asked "ma'am please stop yelling at me." The call ended with me telling her I would be writing about my experience and reporting her to the Revdex.com and she said "good we will be sure to respond!" You can tell a lot about a company in how they deal with frustrated customersIn reading other people's bad experiences and seeing how they were treated I can see this company is a total scamWe were hesitant to call them based on bad reviews - the only reason we did was because they were open on SundayTotally not worth it
Denver’s Best Appliance Repair technician was prompt in arriving within his time windowHe seemed professional with a great customer service He promptly diagnosed the issue with my Kitchen Aid dishwasher and was able to replace the drain pump without making another trip
I was also very pleased with their receptionist, who was very patient with me in answering all the questions that I had They definitely deserve a 5-star review!
Fast and prompt service! The appliance repair guy from Denver’s Best Appliance Repair came and got our refrigerator back on its feet in almost no timeHe also tightened the loose door hinge free of costNow that’s what we call an honest service!
We had a terrible all around experience with this company -- installation of a defective disposer, an exorbitant charge for the disposer, poor service from the technician and poor service from the administrative office
My year old mother needed service on her food waste disposal This company replaced her disposal with a Whirlpool GC200xe which can be purchased at Home Depot for $ They charged her $for the disposal plus labor The first time she used the disposal, it was much too loud The company sent the technician to check the noise, and when I asked about the extremely high charge for the equipment, he called me rude and marched away without finishing the job After three phone calls to the company, they agreed to a refund of $plus a $coupon from their website, and we have an appointment in three days for the same grouchy technician to come out to replace the disposer Their only explanation for the high cost of the disposal is their year warranty on parts

fixed our non-draining dishwasher in no time He cleaned the drain pump and only charged for labor, when he could have easily said that the whole pump needs to be replaced The price was very fair too Good and honest service!
After another company cancelled on us, we called Denver’s Best Appliance Repair and had one of their technicians come out and fix our refrigerator that wasn’t coolingWe are so happy that we chose them after we were stood up by another companyI mentioned to their receptionist that it was an emergency and that we needed someone to come out and fix the fridge asap and she understood the frustration that I already had with another company The receptionist was very nice and told me that she will try to get a repairman out to our home as soon as possible and she kept her promise The repairman came out within an hour after my call and was able to fix the refrigerator without coming back the second time, since he had the part with him He also cleaned the coils and didn’t charge anything extra We are so happy we ended up using this company Very grateful too!
