August 27, 2015Dear ** ***;I received your letter dated August 24, today concerning *** ***In your letter it is stated that she is complaining of the way I treated her and how I keep changing her payment.First of all, she put a stop payment on her payment because as she stated
she was mad at meThis made her late with the payment due 7-31-plus she now owes return check fee and late payment fee.According to contracts that she signed, as long as the vehicle is being financed she must keep full coverage insurance on that vehicleWe received notice that her insurance with ** *** *** Insurance was cancelled as of June 22, When she was questioned about this, she stated that she transferred to ***We then called *** and they stated that although they have coverage on two other vehicles, the vehicle she is financing with us was not coveredThe vehicle was then repossessed to protect our interest.As far as the way I “treated” her, she was in no way treated any differently than any other customer who tries to scam us out of our property.The statement that we keep changing her payments is absolutely falseCustomers are given a payment sheet at the time of purchaseOn September 22, she requested that her payments go from weekly to bi-weeklyThis is the only time her payments were changed and then it was only at her request.If you have any other questions or need any other information, let us know.Sincerely yours,Kenneth ** S.Owner
