To whom it may concern: This is a response to a letter I received about the unauthorized credit card charge to our customer. I was unable to respond to this letter ,I recently came from vacation, I was in Turkey and apologizing my beingoutside the country
caused you any inconvenience.First , I'm deeply hurt with Mr *** accusation ,I've been running this business over years and we are processing Credit Cards over years now , we never ever get a complain like that .One morning Mr*** called the store , he mentioned that we over charged to his cc, I checked our computer system and told him " it shows that you tip the driver $and total charge was $20.00", he said he didn't give any tip .Shortly after he walked into my store and ask the cc receipt , I told him I kept my all original paper at the office and I will bring it next morning , my store will be opened at 7:am at regular time , than I got time to leave and get the receipt and make a one copy for him also .Later on same day he came back ,I gave him the copy of the receipt , after he looked at the copy he said it is his signature but he didn't tipped the driver , I told him we don't write anything on cc receipts .And he started the arguing about the charge , he pointed his finger at me and accused me " you stole my money , you stealing people's money " front of my customer and my employee , I got mad with that accusation , and I told him he can take it to any authority or to his cc company if he wants to,I asked him to leave my store.But he called the cops ,after officers talked to him outside of my store ,one of the officer came inside the store to talk to me and officer said Mr *** mentioned he was hangover ,dont remember the tipping my driver .If I knew Mr *** was gonna try to pursue his faulse accusation I would've save the camera recording from that day .It's my store policy that NOBODY can add TIPor make any corrections on cc receipts. I want a written apology and post it on your web site from Mr*** saying " this morning never happened". Sincerely *** *** Owner of STALEX PIZZA
