Staley's Tire Center Reviews (1)

Review: I went to Staleys Tire to simply have my Tires Rotated on February 11 2014 They Pulled my 2004 Jeep Wrangler Sport in to the bay and checked my Jeep out and stated that I had upper/lower Ballpoints bad and they needed replaced. They could not do it that day but scheduled me for February 13Th at 9am I took my Jeep in they fixed my Jeep Changing Ball Joints on my Drivers Side, Doing a front end alignment and rotating the tires costing me $227.74, and I drove it home noticed the Jeep was all over the road having minimal control of it. The Steering was very sloppy. The next day I had to rum to Washington putting me on the Highway. I had absolutely no control. I took it back that following Monday and explained to him that issue and [redacted] the only was extremely hostile and rude to me stating Nothing we did would have messed up your Jeep, I hate when people try to tell me how to do my Job! I stated that I was not trying to tell anyone how to do their job I was trying to explain that my vehicle has NEVER done this before He wanted to hear none of that raising his voice once again to! Hes coddled me and took my Jeep back into the Bay for only seconds coming back and saying we put a little bit of air in your back tire, if this doesnt work we will rotate your tires back the way they were! I stood there in amazement Stepped outside after being embarrassed as to what had just happened and called my husband [redacted]. Crying I tried to explain what had just happened and he replied for me to drive it home and that he would call them I keep my Jeep in the garage and thats where it staid for the remaining two days My husband stepped out into the Garage and smelled Gear Oil Apparently the Garage reeked of it as he stepped around my Jeep there was a puddle of it under my drivers side of the Jeep He came up and asked me back my Jeep out and when I did, the drivers side Axle Seal had been nicked as they put my Axle and Ballpoints back in and they refuse to fix their mistake more to the story below,Desired Settlement: I immediately went down on to their garage and waited while he was with other customers, they pretty much ignored me for 10 minutes then [redacted] looks over and says What do you want!I told him my drivers side was leaking Gear Oil and that your workers probably nicked my seal putting the axle back in. He storms out looking under wheel saying we didnt do that stevie wonder couldnt have made this mistake and refused to fix it. I want my Seal replace or refunded monies.
