Fraud Seller and Cheating Customers
Hi,

My Name is Samuel. I bought the Mercedes Benz MLC-350. These people are scammers who never buy cars from them.

IN 48 Hours, it had gear issues, I send it to repairment. they did half work and told me to drive within 500 miles, but the car got completely broke down.

They sold a Defaulted car by telling lies. People pay their hard-earned money, I paid the 5000 US Dollars and 250 US Dollars more, to fix repair they also stole many items from the car.

after you buy the car they will show the documents and scam you more on the name of repairment. It is better to donate money in orphanages rather to buy a Car from them.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10813629, and have determined that this does not resolve my disputealso this go to show this company is dishonesti have not had this car eight months lucky my car is finance and I have proof on how long I have had this car

Dear representative at Revdex.com,We appreciate this opportunity to respond to this matterI would start by saying that the dates customer stated aren't accurate! The vehicle was sold on 02/04/under a contractual agreement between Stallion Auto Sales Incand SHAUNTEE LOFITSAttached
the retail installment contract along with the power of attorney form and odometer disclosure form, all signed from customer to prove the date of the contract/sale.Also attached the Buyer's guide AS/IS form signed from the customer so there was no warranty issued from our end.A week after the customer bought the car, she brought it back for the car needed some repairsWe generously gave her a loaner and honored to fix the repairs since she just got itThe car was fixed and she was happyNow, almost months after the purchase, she is expecting us to fix the repairsI would love to help MsLofits but I cant do thatI can help her with finding an affordable mechanic to fix the car for herHope this would be a good respond to resolve the issue. Please feel free to contact me for any concerns! Thanks,***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11500272, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.
I received an email from stallion , stating that they are sorry for the inconvenience they caused me, and that I need to bring all my receipt  and they will reimburse me. And that I should bring back the lock activator that I didn't use because it was the wrong one. . So that their name be taken off your list. Soo,,yesterday I took them the receipt and the lock activator. He took the lock activator and didn't reimburse me my  $287.50. When I was in my car getting ready to leave, he came outside and signal for me to leave his property

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: he is neglecting to state that this was the 2nd warranty purchased through Stallion Auto.  With each purchase we were assured that the problem we incurred and other electrical/moving parts would definitely be covered.  Unfortunately neither warranty covered the problem.  The first one he sold us would not even cover the type of vehicle we purchased. Because we were misled with the purchase of the second warranty, when we incurred the problem with the cluster panel, which works the speedometer, it cost us $976.72 out of our pocket to have it repaired.  Had we been sold the right warranty we would not have had this expense.  We feel that Stallion Auto should be responsible for the cost.It has been almost a month since we filled this complaint with the Revdex.com and we still have not received our full refund of $1700.  In order for this to be a resolved complaint, we expect our full refund of $1700 so that we can find a warranty that will cover what we are looking for and for Stallion Auto to pay at least half of the $976.72 repair costs incurred. I do not feel that they handle their business in a professional manner.  I have called several times for [redacted] and always have had to speak with someone else as he was avoiding speaking with me himself.  He has costs us a bunch of money out of pocket, and has misled us by making assurances and promises he could not keep.
