Stallion has corrected the damage, and this complaint can be deleted.

We do have the contract that [redacted] signed with the times and information. We would have been more that happy to speak with the customer regarding the piano and the service, however [redacted] has never contacted us to inform us about any complaints about the service and every time we reached out we got no response. We do apologize about the inconvenience, however our movers completed the move and the fact that we didn't get a response from [redacted] or any phone calls there was not much that we can do. We would have been more than happy to send some movers out to move the piano and discuss the service.

I am rejecting this response because: They are arbitrarily picking a start time - I already said that they did not arrive until much later.  In addition, they had me pay extra money (an extra $30/hour) for a third mover because they told me that they would then be able to move my piano to my basement with no problem, but they did not move the piano to the basement. My piano had to sit in the garage for months until I had time to hire a different moving company to move it to my basement (which they did with only two movers) and that cost me about $150, if I remember right.  During the move, the third mover didn't even do much other than help when they put the piano in the truck and pulled it out, and the third mover didn't even try to help them move it into the basement.  Because they did not start when they said they did, and because they did not move my piano into the basement, even though they billed me extra for it, I am willing to pay $225 to settle this dispute.

Our movers completed [redacted] move. We were not aware of the Amazon Local deal stating that the time started upon arrival at customers location because that is not our policy. Our policy is that we charge upon dispatch until the move is complete and we make sure to tell the customers that...

information upon booking their move. Amazon Local is a third party vendor and because that is what the deal is displaying does not mean that is our policy. We did send [redacted] to collections because she did not pay her bill and we have made plenty of attempts to contact her and warned her that if we don't receive payment we will submit the information to collections. We will be willing to take off 11 min because that is how long the drive time takes from our warehouse to her location but we do need her to pay the bill. Our movers completed her move and there is no reason why we shouldn't get paid for it.
