-Second week of October I went to *** home seen he had oil furnace, proposed a pellet furnace, price was about $*** + installation + taxes,he said it was too expensive
-Called me a few days after to know if I could supply & install
with taxes a pellet stove for $***, told him I'd get back to him within a few days
-October sent him a email with *** website
-He called about a week later & said they would go with that stove, next day I ordered the stove and did not ask for a deposit
-Stove arrived beginning of December brought it over and we installed it and they paid the invoiceOver the next few weeks I got calls from him saying the stove didn't work, only once I left with the stove turned off but I returned the next morning with gel starter & lit it up
-January 7, I delivered Kg of wood pellets
-Mid January, he called saying that the stove was not keeping up and the desired temperature was not being reachedCome to find out that the stove was locked (setting 5) and their is settings
-Third week of January he gave me a brochure of another pellet stove that had option to hook up duct work to it, and told me "why didn't you offer me this stove?" All the time he was calling me & saying that there is something wrong with the stove it consumes 60Kg per day
-To try to satisfy the customer,I went to *** to get my cost on this stove that he wantedI got a price of $***+ taxes
-On February 5, I stopped in for a few minutes & seen the bag of pellet that was delivered January still had a good third of pellets leftdays x Kgs = 1,Kgs
-Saturday February 6, he called me to pick up the stoveI phoned my brothers to help pick up & load the unit in the back of the truck (rough icy condition in the driveway)Went up that afternoon brought a check for $*** (*** + tax), he did not want to accept that check, he wanted $***
There is nothing wrong with the stove and it does not consume Kg per dayThe guy in question saw another stove afterward that would've been more convenient for himRemember January to February 5, days and the Kg bag still had about KgYou do the math & let me know how much the stove was consuming!

ce qu il ne vous dit pas c est que nous du acheter des autres sacs a *** afin de pallier l excès de consommation
Il ne dit pas non plus que nous devions faire fonctionner la fournaise en mode manuel car elle se coupait en mode automatique et il ne savait pas comment remedier a cela
Et etre rembourser de *** $ pour une fournaise que nous avons payes ***$ sans les tuyaux c est exagéré
Quand au ***$ *** ne veut plus nous rembourser et refuse le dialogue
Que faire
Nous avons les factures de toux les sacs acheter a *** acheter en dehors de la poche de *** livres que *** nous a livrer
De plus entre les coupures aleatoires non resolu par *** et la surconsommation qu il ne veut pas reconnaitre
Dernierement afin de mettre un terme a ce conflit nous avions accepter les *** $ce a quoi *** nous a repondu qu il nous donnerais ca reponse sous huit jours , nous attendons toujours son appel
Qu illa reprenne a *** et c est fini

Il nous paie *** reprend sa fournaise et terminer
