** *** states that we had several debates over incomeThe truth of the matter is they stated on their application that they made $a month and they would bring us their pay stubs and proof of residenceOn this information we got financing for themWhen we sent the papers to the bank their
stubs only showed $for the monthAfter several conversations with them they had a letter from their employer and copies of a deposit card that they said their employer puts money on the card for extra hours workedThe bank definitely did not accept that letter and said the debit card didn't match what they were saying and advised us to have the vehicle returned to usSo we were forced to take the car backThe vehicle that they came up with a story of stalling several times has not stalled on us at allIf it had a problem we would have definitely corrected itBecause of their statements and not providing proof of income for several days the bank declined the dealWe deducted $for paperwork processing and $because we had already started to recondition their trade, which they got returned exceptional clean and refurbishedI believe we were more than fair in this matter

This letter is to reply to a letter we received about a mutual customer. [redacted] came into Stamas Auto & Truck Center Inc and put a deposit down on a vehicle they were going to purchase. The customer called to get a refund on their credit card. However, there was a misunderstanding and and...

an oversight on the refund from our office. We have since refunded the deposit to the customer.The customer was contacted by our internet manager [redacted], and customer was satisfied.Please contact us with any further questions.

We sold a 2008 [redacted] limited to Mr. [redacted], on March 30, 2017 for an amount of $12,695.00. Unfortunately, after [redacted] took delivery of his vehicle the check engine light came on. We repaired the vehicle with changing coils and spark plugs. We thought this repair would take care of the...

issue. Vehicle did say what they call readiness , which means ready to receive an inspection sticker and we told this to [redacted] when he picked up the vehicle. Two days later [redacted] called us back and said that the check engine light was back on. We then told him that we would take it to Tasca Auto for Diagnostic and they told us that it was a valve spring that was sticking. It didn't make sense what they said so we sent it to another mechanic who is very good with [redacted] to see if they would give the same diagnostics. Driving from Tasca Auto to [redacted] Auto, I noticed that the transmission wasn't acting correctly which [redacted] didn't even realize. I then called [redacted] and told him not only is this engine a situation so is the transmission. At this point in time we offered [redacted] to trade into another vehicle, and [redacted] decided if we fixed the vehicle correctly he wanted the vehicle fixed because this vehicle was everything he wanted in a vehicle. I told [redacted] once we got into fixing because the vehicle that the option of trading out of it was over. Also, the warranty would only pay so much for rental when we had to get him one while his car was getting fixed, so not to inconvenience him we paid the difference for the rental car ourselves. However, [redacted] stated the he was without transportation and once we got involved he never without transportation not at any cost to him. [redacted] Auto informed us to have the heads removed and to get it done correctly send it to [redacted] Auto which has been in business for over 50 years and we both agreed that this was the place to get it done. Then we had the transmission completely rebuilt. After all this work was done my son notified him to come pick up the vehicle and he was very happy. [redacted] then got in touch with my son on a Friday night and said the check engine light was back on and had all kinds of demands. We told him to please bring in the vehicle to us so we could verify the problems he was saying he was having. He never brought us back the vehicle the only the only thing he is doing now is bad talking and slandering us on line. By the way from my understanding and knowledge [redacted] is driving this vehicle around to this day. This could be causing more and more harmful damage to the vehicle. I contacted him and his father to tell them we need the vehicle back so we can see if anything was wrong or if anyone did anything wrong they would be obligated to correct it at no cost to anyone. I have tried nothing but to help Mr. [redacted].
