The gentleman in this complaint is completely fabricating the events of the day in questionI have, prior to this day, performed many plumbing services for himI have NEVER performed heating services for him in any way shape or formI believe he is disgruntled because I was unable to service the plumbing in one of his rental properties the following dayThe day in question was at his personal residenceI was asked to service his rental for the following morning, but declined due to my full schedule that dayI imagine he couldn't write a narrative with these true details so he then resorted to fabricating a complaintAgain, I never performed ANY heating services for himIf necessary, I will provide your department with several contracts signed by he and I detailing in the "scope of work" ONLY gas, water, sewer line repair and or replacement which also includes bathroom and kitchen remodelingI challenge him to provide your department with ANY documentation that would reveal that my company has EVER performed any type of heating services for him

Review: [redacted] came to our house and caused a bigger mess than we already had we didnt have heat because he burned the furnace motor. Be careful, dont pay cash he will not answer phones calls after you paid and he will not come back to finish the job. BE CAREFUL!Desired Settlement: we spend $775 on this problem and we want to get the money back for damages that he did it. we don't want him on our house and we called the police about this mess that he did it.

Review: Paid for my bathroom to be remodeled and did not complete work. Busted a pipe in the process and did not fix correctly. Chipped my brand new tub, did not use spacers in between tile. Very poor work all around. Would not recommend at all. Still have unfinished work, holes in my wall, didn't hang light, bathtub needs fixed correctly.Desired Settlement: Value of work incompleted and items that need fixed. $1500

Review: [redacted] came to our home to fix a running shower faucet. He said that he would install a new single handled faucet in place of the old style. He broke the shower wall in the process and said that it was our responsibility to pay for the wall. He finished the job about half way and said he would be back the following day to finish with a part he forgot. The next day the work that he completed started leaking and water started coming through our kitchen ceiling. [redacted] never showed back up. He was paid 450.00 for the job and now we have no water on because of this issueDesired Settlement: We have to pay another plumber to finish the job that was not completed and we also have to hire a contractor to repair the cieling
