I am rejecting this response because: 
first of all, the sales told me that the deposit is refundable, like any other dealership. They purposely did not cross out the NON-REFUNDABLE just to deny what they have promised customer.
second of all, I have all the correspondent emails show I did not have no response for months.
Due to the sudden financial difficulty I am not in a position to purchase the vehicles anymore.

These [redacted] were not built to our usual specifications, and we would not have ordered these [redacted] with these options if we did not have an order from a customer. We verified multiple times via email and phone that the customer wanted to order 2 [redacted], and the customer confirmed that she needed both cars. We told the customer that she would get her deposits refunded if she cancelled her orders before the cars arrived at our dealership. We confirmed multiple times before the cars arrived at our dealership that she still needed both cars, and she confirmed that she did.
Once the cars arrived at our dealership at the end of October 2015, our Sales Consultant attempted many times to contact the customer via email and phone, however the customer did not answer us for more than 30 days. When the customer finally did answer us via email, she stated that her trade now had a payoff amount, which was not presented earlier. After re-appraising the customer’s trade, another 3 weeks went by in which we had no response from the customer. When the customer answered again at the end of December 2015, she said she no longer wanted either car and to refund her deposits.
We ordered 2 very specific cars that have been reserved on our parking lot for over 2 months. We did not want to sell these cars without a response from our customer stating that she did not want them.
The customer signed two purchase orders stating that the deposit is non-refundable, and was informed multiple times that the deposits would not be refundable if she cancelled after the cars arrived at our dealership.
