Review: I got glasses here and when I went back with issues about the cost of making a change they said they would call me ASAP. They never called or contacted me. I agree to pay for extended warranty, they gave me nothing in writing or explain well what I was paying for ,When I had a manufacturer problem I took them in and they took them in the back and said when they make them sometimes pieces like fishing string come off and they try to fix it but its still not right. I feel I over payed for the services I received .Desired Settlement: Refund my cost of the glasses , minus the cost of the Wellness Exam
