My ad for the [redacted] Deal never states a client will get 1-11xand 2-8xprints and jpgs for $I cannot see the voucher that [redacted] sends outThat was part of an old deal and [redacted] never changed itSince I never saw the voucher but I heard about it from the client I told her I would include the Jpgs and the prints to whatever package she wished to buyI also explained that if that was a problem she could return her money with [redacted] The client still made an appointment with me after being on the phone for minutes discussing her shootI know how many children she has we even picked out a locationI emailed her my packages (that start at $125) and she said she would pick one outA few days before the shoot she called angry and screaming at me about the voucher and that her husband said I must do the shoot without any package boughtWhich means after [redacted] takes their share I'd have to buy their prints (with the $left) and I would be working for freeSo I told her at that time she should call [redacted] and refund her moneyI was actually afraid of her at that point and wasn't looking forward to being alone with her family in a forest I called The [redacted] and they apologized and said they have since changed the voucher it was their mistakeI then got another call from [redacted] saying she did not buy a photo package with prints and they didn't want to return her money they didn't agree with herI asked them to return her money and they said okay they wouldHer $has been returned and she has gone all over town writing any awful thing she can about me including here and ***Meanwhile I have never met this woman and she cost me money because she booked a prime Fall season session that someone else could have had

I am rejecting this response because:The [redacted] voucher that was purchased listed the exact services being sold and the expiration date.  No fine print stating additional purchases required to redeem.  [redacted] is a site for business owners to drum up more business by offering discounted services.  If [redacted] is providing incorrect vouchers as per this owners statement than it is incumbent on the owner to ensure what is being sold is correct and is redeemable without extra fee's.  My resolution to filing this complaint is that others are aware and don't fall into the same situation.
