I would like to apologize for your experience. The representative you dealt with was a temporary employee who was brought on to help us through our busy season. I’ll admit, I was quite shocked to learn of this transaction as it’s not how we train our representatives to interact with our customers or represent our company Our company has been in business since and was built on a solid foundation of manufacturing a quality product and providing excellent customer service
As far as your stamp is concerned, most stamp inks do not dry on glossy or non-porous surfaces. The ink requires a porous surface to absorb into to dry. If your brochures have any sort of glossy finish and if your gift certificates are plastic or printed on glossy paper, you will need a quick dry ink in order to use in conjunction with a stamp. Quick dry inks are manufactured to dry on any non-porous surface. However, the ink will also dry out when it comes into contact with air. Therefore, you can’t use a quick dry ink in a self-inking stamp because the ink will dry out within the stamp. The only product we sell that will accommodate the size of your stamp is a traditional rubber stamp that requires the use of a separate ink pad, inked with Aero Quick Dry ink.
If you would like to return your original purchase, we can exchange it with a rubber stamp and Aero ink. If you would prefer not to use the traditional rubber stamp, we will issue you a full refund.
